Japanese Ramen Delight

Ingredients:
- 200g ramen noodles
- 500ml chicken broth
- 100g shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 100g bok choy, chopped
- 2 boiled eggs, halved
- 50g green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 pinch chili flakes
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
- While the noodles cook, in a separate pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat.
- Add the shiitake mushrooms, bok choy, soy sauce, miso paste, and sesame oil to the broth and stir well. Simmer for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and add them to the broth mixture, stirring gently to combine.
- Ladle the ramen into bowls, making sure to distribute the vegetables evenly.
- Garnish each bowl with half a boiled egg, chopped green onions, and a pinch of chili flakes for an added kick.
