Spicy Chicken Tortilla

Ingredients:
- 2 large tortillas
- 200g of chicken breast, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 100g of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Sour cream for serving
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Frying pan
- Spatula
- Knife
- Cutting board
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken breast and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until onions are translucent.
- Stir in sliced bell peppers, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until peppers are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the chicken and vegetables from the pan and set aside.
- In the same frying pan, warm the tortillas for about 1 minute on each side.
- Layer the chicken and vegetable mixture on one half of each tortilla, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and fold the other half over to create a half-moon shape.
- Cook the filled tortillas in the frying pan for an additional 2 minutes on each side, until the cheese has melted and the tortillas are golden and crisp.
- Serve with sour cream and fresh cilantro on top.
